The idea came out while I was reading a magazine in the waiting room of a clinic. I saw the ads for some deodorant or skin cream, and on its flask there was a picture of a woman, but only from the nose down. No big deal so far, but then my mind went beyond and thought “they don’t really need the upper part anyway, she is just a pretty face”, and from there to the rest of the story, and of the series, I think it’s possible to guess…

The drawing “…see the heart,…“, had to be remade, because the original was too smaller than the other two of the series, and, apart from that, several mistakes at the framing process ended up damaging the work irreversibly. Basically, the framer misunderstood my instructions of where to cut the drawing :\… Anyway, I’m posting both the original and the new version of it.
